Job Accounting (Mac OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.6 Only)
The following explains how to configure the [Job Accounting] window.
1.
On your application, click [Print] from the [File] menu.
The [Print] dialog box appears.

Select [Job Accounting].
3.
Set the desired features.
Setting items
Account Mode
- Sets whether to allow all users or only the administrator to change the
login settings.
Detailed User Settings
- Displays the [Detailed User Settings] dialog box.
Use Default User Details
- Sets whether or not to use the login settings in this
dialog box every time you request a print job.
Specify User ID

Use Login Name
- Uses your Macintosh login ID as the user ID. Selecting this
enters the Macintosh login ID in [User ID] and makes it unable to change. The
user ID can be up to 32 alphanumeric characters. The ID becomes invalid if
exceeds 32 characters.

Enter User ID
- Allows you to set a custom user ID in [User ID].
User ID
- Sets a custom user ID with up to 32 alphanumeric characters.
