Re-install the toner cartridge by inserting it slowly into
the printer.

Close the printer cover. Printing automatically resumes.

Clearing Paper Jams from the Duplex and Rear Exit Areas

To resolve the error, clear all paper from the duplex and rear exit areas.

Open the rear cover of the printer.

Press down and pull out the green latches and attached
baffle on either side of opening.
