3. Load the paper with the long edge towards the left side of the tray.
• For
single-sided
printing, insert side one
faceup
, with the top of the paper at the
rear
of the
tray. Prepunched holes should be on the
left
side of the tray.
• For automatic
2-sided
printing, insert side one
facedown
, with the top of the paper at the
rear
of the tray. Prepunched holes should be on the
right
side of the tray.
Caution:
Do not load paper or media above the fill line indicated on the tray. Overloading the tray
may cause jams.
