impact. The battery can only support the
camcorder for 20-30 seconds, so it should
always have power connected while it is
operating.
The device does not
turn off
In the vehicle: Check to see whether the 12V
socket still provides power when the key is
removed (as in case of some European cars).
Press [ ] button on the right side of DX2 to
manually turn it off.
Cannot playback
the .MOV video files
That usually means your computer does not
have a video codec installed. Upgrade your
windows media player or use an alternate
media player such as VLC Player or
QuickTime media player.
My video / pictures of
an incident are not
there
Check the capacity of your SD card. The files
may have been overwritten in the record cycle
process. Also check Gravity Sensing to make
sure it is not set to OFF. Please always turn off
camera after accident and take out memory
card from dash camera, and save it in a safe
