If online failure may be the following interface:

The instrument is not entered into the computer communication
interface after it power on.
②
USB data line or serial data line connection is not stable.
③
Using USB data lines, but the USB driver is not properly installed.
④
After install the USB driver, no re-plug the USB data line.
(4) Data synchronization. Click "data synchronization" button to read the
data of the instrument. When the data is read, the lower right corner of the
status bar displays the position of the current reading data, and only the valid
data of the position is read at the time of reading the data. Finished reading the
status bar display "data read," at this time the cursor is at the bottom of the list
of measurement, value as the cursor location measurement data
corresponding to the right-hand side of the window, as shown in Figure 19.

Note:
read data need about 30s; please wait until the data is successfully
read before next operation.
(5) Generate report. Select one of the measurement data, click the
"generate report" button, you can pop up a dialog box, as shown in figure 20.
