Many times, all channels should be set in the same way. This is what the channel configuration template helps with:
you will create a template file from an existing properly configured channel and select it to apply it to new channels

•
Select one channel to be monitored
•
Navigate to the channel settings page and configure the channel
•
Go back to the Channel management page and click the Configuration Helpers button
•
Select the channel you just set as reference channel and give a name to the new template
•
Download the template. The .dat template file will be saved in your download directory
•
Upload the template you just created
•
All channels created after the new template has been applied will
have the same configuration as your reference channel.
The name of the current template is displayed on the channel management
page and can be directly modified by clicking the pen icon.
Any value can be edited in the window and saved directly in the unit template.
The previously downloaded file will not be affected by these changes.
Downloaded templates may be used on other units.
