12.7.3 Images & Video
IMAGES & VIDEO submenu allows the user to choose which s ll capture image le types should be saved, and
which medium should be used for their storage. It also allows toggling if CWSI and visible video streams should
be recorded.

IMAGES & VIDEO submenu consists of the following items:
SAVING TIME - Displays a rough es ma on of the me required to save all the selected capture formats.
IMAGE CWSI JPEG - Toggles saving of CWSI (exact CWSI data including) images in the JPEG le format.
IMAGE CWSI TIFF - Toggles saving of CWSI (exact CWSI data including) images in the TIFF le format.
IMAGE SCREENSHOT JPEG - Toggles saving of simple screen capture images in the JPEG le format.
IMAGE VISIBLE JPEG - Toggles saving of visible camera image in JPEG le format.
IMAGE SAVE TO - Cycles the storage media (SSD, SD Card, Flash Drive) s ll image captures will be stored
to.
VIDEO CWSI - Toggles saving of CWSI video sequence capture.
VIDEO CWSI ENCODED - Toggles saving of CWSI video in common compressed format.
VIDEO VISIBLE - Toggles saving of visible video sequence capture.
Note
: Aside of the storage capacity cost of each le type, reques ng simultaneous capture and recording
of many concurrent le types will signi cantly load the device and performance issues might be encoun-
tered. It is strongly advised that the user chooses only the capture formats they do need in the given
situa on even if storage capacity isn’t of a concern.
