Transport
●
Switch off the motor and secure the unit before transporting.
Maintenance
●
Switch off the unit prior to all cleaning and maintenance work
and before replacing components. Pull out the mains plug if the
unit is mains-operated.
●
Repairs may only be carried out by authorised
WORCRAFT Service Centres.
Accessories and spare parts
●
Accessories and spare parts which have been approved
by WORCRAFT must be used. Original accessories and
spare parts guarantee that the unit can be operated safety
and without any breakdowns.
ASSEMBLY
CAUTION!
Before assembly, please be sure the power switched
off and the plug removed from the socket.
Assembling gun hook (See Fig 3)
Slide the gun hook on the right of the machine. Make sureit firmly
secured on the machine body.
Assembling cable hook (See Fig 4)
Press the cable hook to the back of the machine, and fix four
screws to fasten it on it.
Assembling handle and hose hook (See Fig 5)
To assemble thehandle, press the cable hook to the back of the
machine, and fix four screws to fasten it on it. (a &b)
To assemble the hose hook, Install the hose hook on the long
handle, and fix it with four screws. (c&d)
Assembling high pressure hose (See Fig 6 & 7)
Remove the protection cap of the outlet firstly, and connect the
high pressure hose to the water outlet.
Imbedding t
he other hose head into the gun handle and it’s full
assembled when there is a “click”.
Gun connection assembly (See fig. 8)
Insert the connection spray lance into spray gun, and twist 1/4
turn. Insert the nozzle/turbo nozzle into spray lance. To
remove the nozzle/turbo nozzle, just pull the nozze sleeve
and nozzle in the oppsite sirections.
Safety lock of the spray gun (See Fig 9)
The lock button is to prevent from spray gun being engaged
accidentally, like children.
When the butt
on is on “Lock”, the spray gun will be locked. It
is not for releasing the holding hands when spraying.
Soap bottle connection (see fig.10)
Insert the soap bottle into spray gun, and twist 1/4 turn.
Inlet filter connection (see fig. 11)
Install the inlet filter to the inlet of the machine and make
sure the connection is firm.
Then insert the 1/2 HPC connector into the water inlet
connector, you will hear a click, which means that the
installation is successful, otherwise it fails, and there will be
water leakage at this position.
Connect the other end of water inlet hose to water supply.
Note: 1/2 HPC connector not supplied in the machie, you will
need to buy from your local store.
OPERATION
Before operation, please make sure care about the following
aspect:
1. Empty air before use
2. The func_on of Safety valve: when the pressure of the pump
exceeds the Preset valve, returns the excess fluid.
Before staring any cleaning task it is important the area for
objects which could create a hazard. Remove objects from the
work area which could be tripped over, such as toys or outdoor
furniture. Ensure that all doors and windows are closed tight.
Turn ON/OFF the machine (see fig. 12)
Turn the switch knob to the clockwise to start the machine.
Trun the switch knob to the anti-clockwise to power off the
machine.
Autostop function
The machine is designed to switch off the motor when the power
is reached the maximum pressure.It means spray gun stops
working, the machine will auto still running till reach the maximum
pressure and stops.
Spray shape Adjustable

)
Turn off the switch and keep the machine on OFF status.
Acoording the working situations, the spray shape need to be
adjusted. For example, when spray big area, for high spray
efficiency, just turn the spray head clockwise to adjust it to fan-
shaped. When wash the small corner or some stubborn stains,
just turn the spray head anti-clockwise to get the round jet.
Working Advice
General
Ensure that the pressure washer is on level ground.
Do not overreach with the high pressure hose or move the
pressure washer by pulling the hose, this could cause the
machine to become unstable and fall over.
Do not kink or drive a motor vehicle over the high pressure
hose. Do not expose the high pressure hose to sharp edges
or corners.
Never use a turbo lance to clean motor vehicles.
WARNING! Never attempt to touch the rotating nozzle while
operating the machine!
Working advice for cleaning with detergents
●
Only use cleaning agents suitable specifically for high
pressure washers. We recommend that you use detergent
sparingly for the sake of the environment. Observe the
recommended dilution on the detergent label.
The high-pressure foam nozzle supplied with this product
includes a regulator to control detergent use. Adjust as
required.
Recommended cleaning method
Step 1: Using clean water to spray firstly
Step 2: Loosening dirt
Filling soap water into the tank and spray on the detergent
sparingly onto the dirt area.
Step 2: Removing dirt
Wait for around 5 minutes, then spray off the loosened dirt
with the high-pressure spray.
Note:
When cleaning a vertical surface spray off
dirt/detergent from the bottom and work in an upwards
direction. Rinse from the top and work downwards.
