STEP 3:
Knurled Bolts & Nuts
Figure 5
Place a Flat PVC Washer (D) over the threads
of each of the Knurled Knobs(E), and push
through the vertical slots on the upright surface
of the Miter Gauge Assembly (F). Loosely
thread a Square Nut (J) onto the Knurled
Knob (E) on the other side of the Miter Gauge
Assembly (F).
STEP 4:
Sliding Fence Over Nuts
Figure 6
Carefully slide the Fence (B) over the Square
Nuts (J), and secure the Fence (B) with the
Knurled Knobs (E) after it is aligned close to,
but not touching the table saw blade.
STEP 5:
Assemble Flip-Stop
Figure 7
Place T-Bolt (I) in the upper T-Track of the Fence
(B), then slide the Flip-Stop (H) over the T-Bolt
(I). Next slide a Flat PVC Washer (D) over the
threads of the Lock Knob (G) to lock the Flip-
Stop (H) into position on the Fence (B). Use the
blade side of the Flip-Stop (H) arm to set a stop
with the Fence and Ruler Tape (B), allowing you
to make consistent cuts every time.
Figure 8
Easily move the Flip-Stop (H) out of the way
when not in use by grasping the stop arm and
moving it to a vertical position.
To remove it completely, loosen the Lock Knob
(G) and slide complete assembly out of the
T-Track of the Fence (B).
