See Figure 3-5. 

To tilt the drive-side blade wheel down, loosen the top adjustment screw,

loosen the nut on the bottom adjustment screw and tighten the bottom screw. Tighten the
top and bottom nuts.

To  tilt  the  wheel  up,  loosen  the  bottom  adjustment  screw,  loosen  the  nut  on  the  top
adjustment screw and tighten the top screw. Tighten the top and bottom nuts.

Recheck the vertical alignment of each blade wheel. Readjust if necessary.
