Troubleshooting
OPERATION
Cooktop does not operate.
•
Verify power is on.
•
Verify electrical power to the cooktop and home circuit
breaker is on.
•
The cooktop is in lock mode. Touch and hold Lock for
three seconds to unlock the control panel.
•
The cooktop automatically turns off after 2 hours of
continual use (high), 6 hours (medium), and 8 hours
(simmer), except in Sabbath mode.
Cooktop temperature issue.
•

recommendations.

serial number of your product. Both numbers are listed
on the product rating plate. Refer to pages 6–7 for
rating plate location.

For warranty purposes, you will also need the date of
installation and name of your authorized Wolf dealer.
