Cooktop Operation
EXTENDED OPTIONS
The extended options feature allows the user to set prefer-
ences for volume, tone, control panel lock, and Sabbath
feature.
Setting adjustment:

While the unit is off and unlocked, touch and hold All
Off for five seconds.

Power level 1 on the rear element control is displayed
and “Vo” appears on the timer display. Touch Sim (Mlt)
or Hi on the front element control to adjust volume.

Touch + on the timer control to adjust tone. Power
level 2 on the rear element control is displayed and “Fr”
appears on the timer display. Touch Sim (Mlt) or Hi on
the front element control to adjust tone.

Touch + on the timer control to adjust the automatic
control panel lock. Power level 3 on the rear element
control is displayed and “Lo” appears on the timer dis-
play. Touch Sim (Mlt) or Hi on the front element control
to turn the automatic lock feature off or on respec-
tively.

Touch + on the timer control to enter Sabbath mode
(electric cooktop only). Power level 4 on the rear ele-
ment control is displayed. Touch Hi on the front ele-
ment control to initiate Sabbath feature. “Sa” appears on
the timer display. Touch Sim (Mlt) on the front element
control to activate or deactivate the feature.

Touch All Off at any time while in extended options to
confirm settings and return the cooktop to idle.
