Machine pulses ON / Lower row distributor pulses OFF / Upper row distributor pulses
OFF variant
(For flow diagram see sub-section 11.3.12)
(Precondition: Monitored progressive distributor in both the lower and upper row of
elements, control C3)
In this setting, the pump unit will be switched on for a particular number of pulses from the
monitored progressive distributors when a particular number of machine pulses is available.
For both the lower and upper row of elements, different numbers for the machine pulses, and
pulses from the progressive distributors can be set. In case of an overlapping delivery
between the lower and upper element rows, the running delivery will be stopped first. Then,
switch-over to the other row will be made.
The P7 and P17 distributor monitoring will be switched on this mode automatically (when P5
and P15 are set to 1).
P7 and P17 will not be reset automatically.
When changing the mode or resetting P5 and P15 to 0, the status of P7
and P17 needs to checked and reset manually, if necessary!
7.1.6 Special functions
Distributor monitoring
(Control C3 only)
If the pump unit has progressive distributors with monitoring, then the functioning of the
progressive distributors can be monitored. Should, after 4 minutes of delivery, no distributor
signal have been released, an error message will come on.
The distributor’s monitoring time is summed up via the delivery times, i.e. in
case of delivery times <4 min, the error message will not be released in the
first delivery cycle.
Voltage supply discontinuation results in a reset of the monitoring time
memory.
