You may browse the menu items in one direction only. It is not possible to switch back to a 
previous menu item.  
 
To select the menu item, press [SELECT]. When this item is pressed once, the set value will 
be displayed. Another pressing will change the value by +1. By pressing [MODE], the value 
will be changed by -1. During setting, the value display is flashing. 
 
Acknowledge the value changed by pressing [SAVE]. As soon as the display stops flashing, 
the new value will be saved. 
 
By pressing [MODE], you can switch to the next menu item. 
 
After having browsed all menu items, the display will show "END" and, thereafter, "ON" or 
"OFF" again. At the same time, the entered value will be imported and the pump unit started 
with a new lubrication cycle. 
 
During the setting process, the unit continues to be ready for operation, i.e. it is capable of 
performing a delivery or stirring process during setting.  
 
Depending on the version, you can use this control unit in order to select four or eight 
different control variants and two special functions. 
 
 

7.1.2  Changing the password 

 
How to change a password: 

1.  Switch off voltage supply. 
2.  Press MODE +  SAVE 
3.  Keep keys depressed and switch voltage on 
4.  Enter current password (factory default: 1234) 
5.  Save by pressing "SAVE" 
6.  Enter new password. 
7.  Save by pressing "SAVE"  
8.  The program will change into normal mode. 
 

Should an incorrect entry be made in step 4., the control unit will, after pressing of [SAVE], 
switch into the normal mode immediately. To change the password, the user is required to 
restart with step 1. 
If the newly changed password gets lost, the control unit can be reset to the original 
parameters in the factory.  
This, however, will result in loosing of all changes made. 
For that reason, all changes made to the parameters should always be recorded and 
archived. 
 

7.1.3  Test mode (also see item 7.1.6) 

 
By pressing the keys [SAVE] and [MODE] in this order quickly one after the other, a pump 
test mode will be invoked (the keys must be kept depressed for half a second at least).  
In test mode, a rotation of the eccentric to the left is triggered for 10 seconds. Thereafter, the 
eccentric will rotate to the right for another 5 seconds yet.
