Maintenance
6.1 Regular inspections
The machine has to be examined and serviced by an expert regularly:
➤
before initial commissioning,
➤
after the modification or repair of parts of the system, which could affect
safety,
➤
after work breaks longer than 6 months,
➤
but at least every 12 months.
For decommissioned machines, the inspection can be postponed until the
next commissioning.
The inspection results must be recorded in writing and kept until the next in-
spection. The inspection report or a copy of it must be available at the place
of use of the machine.
6.2 Maintenance plan
The information in the maintenance plan is a recommendation. The
intervals may vary depending on the condition of materials used and the
outside influences.
