11.1 Execution with reversible rinse temperature
This machine is employed when a change-over between two rinse temperatures is required. The machine may
only be operated according to the describrd operating instructions.

Selector button rinse temperature
By pressing this button the required rinse temperature is selected. When
switched on, the pilot light is lit, the high temperature is selected for
rinsing. When the button is switched off, the low rinse temperature is
selected.
B) Function of the reversible rinse temperature
With the the selector button „rinse temperature“ may be changed over between the high and the low rinse tem-
perature.
Important:
The factory adjustment of the high temperature is 85°C and the low temperature is 65°C.
- At first press the button to switch to the high rinse temperature - the pilot light in the button is lit.
With the high rinse temperature and the recommended rinse aid, an optimum drying result is guaranteed. We
recommended the high rinse temperature for washing dishes.
- When pressing the button again, you switch to the lower rinse temperature. The pilot light in the button extin-
guishes.
When washing glasses, the low rinse temperature has to be selected. The high rinse temperature may cause
corrosion at the glasses and may lead to dull glasses.
The adjustment of the rinse temperatures to the required values is exclusively done by the Winterhalter after-
sales-service. This is done during the first commissioning or during installation works for the reversible rinsing.
