- Close the door and repeat automatic tank cleaning process again for about 10 seconds.

Thus the remaining tank inside is cleaned.

- Clean the surface strainers.

- Insert the surface strainers again into the machine.

- Close isolation valve on site.

- Switch off main switch on site.

- Clean the machine outside with a soft cloth amd appropriate cleaning agents..

It is recommended that Winterhalter stainless steel cleaner and Winterhalter stainless steel
polish be used.

Machine is not splash water protected.

Do not wash down outside with high pressure

cleaner.

- Leave the machine door open after cleaning. For this purpose the door locking has a stop

notch.
