Add approx. 50g of detergent (powder) as redosing.
The measuring cup enclosed with our detergent packings contains approx. 200g of deter-
gent. One full table-spoon corresponds to approx. 20g of detergent. To avoid specks on the
tank bottom, the detergent should be dissolved in warm water prior to its addition to the wash
tank or poured onto the plastic surface strainers.
In case the machine is equipped as a special accessory with an automatic dispenser for li-
quid detergent, manual dosing is not necessary.
As detergent we recommend our Winterhalter Gastronom powder detergent.
After the pilot light „ready for operation“ (2) extinguishes, washing may be started.
6. Washing
The supplied rack serves as dishes and utensils carrier.
- Clean the dishes or utensils to be washed from rough food debries.
- Load the dishes correctly into the respective rack.
- Insert the rack into the machine.
- Close the door.
- If necessary use the manual cold prerinsing (5).
Option.
- Engage the programme by pressing one of the buttons which is adequate to the degree of
soiling of the dishes.

The mentioned programme time of programme

is 120s. It is only possible with hot water
connection of the machine. With cold water connection the main wash cycle is only finished
when the rinse water has reached the required operating temperature of 85°C.
The main wash cycle, during which the dishes are intensively cleaned from the top and from
the bottom, is followed by a 12s rinse with hot fresh water mixed with rinse aid at a tempera-
ture of 85°C.
The selected programme button is lit during the cycle. After it extinguishes the rack may be
taken out of the machine.
On account of the specific heat of the dishes under the influence of the foamless rinse aid
added to the rinse water, the dishes dry shiny clear within a short time. Thus drying with a
cloth is not necessary.
