a. Air sensor
When using an air sensor, the wine
bottle temperature is mainly controlled
by the average air temperature. If the
set-temperature is 55°F with a
differential 4°F, the cooling unit turns
on at 59°F of air temperature and turns
off at 55°F off air temperature. The
average air temperature is 57°F, and
then the wine temperature is around
57+/-0.5°F. The air is light enough to
change so quickly that it maintains
relatively constant average temperature
that would prevent wine bottle
temperature from varying.
