Touch the B.E.S.T.™ icon.
You have three options: new, update
or chose existing stringer.
Create a new stringer
Update an existing stringer
Select an existing stringer
Touch X to cancel the operation and
return to the Home Screen

CREATE A NEW STRINGER
Select icon.
To enter the initials:
Enter between 1 and 4 letters

Touch the letter key with letter you wish to enter
•
Continue to touch letter key to scroll to next letter
•
Cursor advances after 3 seconds or touch next initial location to
•
advance quickly
Touch the check mark to confi rm
•
Select desired units.
Can be easily changed later.
NOTE:
If you select KG, must know your height in metric (CM).
If you select LB, you must know your height in Feet\Inches.
Touch the check mark to confi rm.
Enter your height.
Touch check mark to confi rm.
