3.6 Unauthorised modification and manufacture of spare parts
Unauthorised modification and manufacture of spare parts will impair the safety of the
product/personnel and will make void the manufacturer’s declarations regarding safety.
Modifications to the product are only permissible after consultation with the manufacturer.
Original spare parts and accessories authorised by the manufacturer ensure safety. The use
of other parts will absolve us of liability for consequential events.
3.7 Improper use
The operating safety of the supplied product is only guaranteed for conventional use
in accordance with Section 5 of the operating instructions. The limit values must on no
account fall under or exceed those specified in the catalogue/data sheet.
4. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1) Ambient temperature: -10 °C up to +50 °C,
Relative humidity: 85 %
2) When receiving the product, check that it has not been damaged during transport.
In the event of demage during transport take all necessary actions with the carrier within
the respective time limits.
3) If the product to be installed later, store it in a dry place and protect it against impacts
and external stresses (humidity, frost, etc.).
4) Handle the product with care so as not to damage the product before installation.
5) The product can also be used after 1.5 years storage if it remains in the packaging.
CAUTION: storage environment may cause damages.
5. WORKING CONDITIONS
The pump can be used continuously under the conditions below:
1) Fluid temperature not under 0 and not over +60 °C
2) Liquid pH rate between 6.5 and 8.5
3) Solid content not higher than 0.1%, granule not larger than 0.2 mm
4) Ambient temperature between 0 °C and 40 °C
5) Altitude less than 1000 m
6) Relative humidity less than 90%
