7. Faults
CAUTION!
Physical injuries and damage to property and the environment
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the measures listed, the
comparison test pump must be taken out of operation immediately.

connected and gas cylinder is full.
Connection to inlet manifold

Check for leaks with soapy water.
Blocked inlet valve
Check the seals.
If necessary return to
manufacturer.
Test connection leaking
Check the seals.
Replace if necessary.
Inlet valve handle is loose
Check whether the screw has
loosened, tighten the screw if
necessary.
Incorrect operation
Ensure that correct operating
procedure is being followed
(see chapter 6 "Commissioning,
If unable to locate a cause
Return to manufacturer.
Test pump build up

The needle valve of the outlet
