If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the listed measures, the instrument
must be taken out of operation immediately.

accidental commissioning.

is shown in the display.
The rechargeable battery's
capacity is less than 10 %
Charge the rechargeable battery
using the appropriate charger
The screen will be dark
after the instrument is
switched on and during
operation.
Rechargeable battery is empty
Recharge the rechargeable
battery using the battery charger
The screen is dark and
the measure “Charge the
rechargeable battery”
has no effect.
The battery charger is not
properly connected
Check whether the battery
charger is connected properly
and check, through the
authorised skilled personnel,
whether the voltage supply is
correct.
Defective battery charger.
Replace the battery charger
with a new one (see chapter
The backlighting and the
internal voltage supply
for the test items with
DC 24 V are suddenly no
longer available.
The screen is dark since the
Powersave function is turned on.
This is activated when no buttons
have been touched for a certain
time.
Press any button to interrupt
the powersave function, and if
necessary, increase the idle time
for the powersave feature (see
chapter 6.7.5 “SETUP additional
menu items: CPH configuration”).
Measured values are
fluctuating heavily.
Malfunctions during operation.
Switch off the instrument and
switch on again after 5 seconds.
