Error messages
In the event of a fault or error, the unit displays an error
code in the status display.
These error codes are described in detail below
(see also the inside of the front plate of the unit).
001: No parts contacted/no gold electrolyte present.
Rectify the fault, then press the Start/Stop button
to activate the process.
002: Temperature sensor defective/not correctly
contacted or heater defective.
First make sure that the temperature sensor is
inserted correctly. If this does not rectify the
fault, the temperature sensor or the heater is
defective. In this case, contact WIELAND
TECHNIK or your authorized dealer.
003: Maximum capacity exceeded.
If the maximum capacity (550 ml) is exceeded
when entering the power level, a further increase
of the power level is not possible. The corre-
sponding channel can be reset to zero by pres-
sing any power level button. Then remove the
excess parts.
004: Contact fault.
One or more parts were not contacted correctly.
In addition, the power level display alternates
between the set value and zero. Rectify the fault
by pressing the Start/Stop button. Then press the
Start/Stop button once again to activate the pro-
cess. If the contact error is not rectified, the unit
will still commence the heating-up phase after
30 sec.
005: Electronic fault.
006: Software fault.
007: Software fault.

in the software, please contact WIELAND
TECHNIK or your authorized dealer.
