The unit starts the electroforming process automatical-
ly when the gold electrolyte reaches the required tem-
perature. Until this temperature is reached, any errors
can be corrected by pressing the Start/Stop key to
interrupt the heating-up process. The operation indica-
tor lights up during the electroforming process.
When the electroforming process is completed (status
display is reset to 000 and the operation indicator is
off), the unit reverts to standby mode.
Press the timer button to clear the previous settings.
The unit is then ready for the next deposition operation.
Removing the denture base after electroforming:
After the electroforming process is completed, push the
electroforming head upwards. Allow the denture base
to drip dry. Disconnect the AGC
®
copper rods, take out
the denture base and rinse it under running water.
For subsequent treatment of the denture base follow
the “Manual for Dentists and Dental Technicians” for
the AGC
®
technique.
Observe the cleaning instructions (chapter 7).
