Description
Cause
Solution
A large amount of granulate in the dirt
container
•
The artificial turf is too wet.
➢
Leave the area to dry fully.
➢
Reduce working depth accordingly.
•
Driving speed too low for dry working
conditions.
➢
Increase the driving speed to a
maximum of 8 km/h.
Caution
!
When travelling around bends,
reduce speed to below 5 km/h.
•
Absorption brush is set too deep
➢
When adjusting to one tooth deeper,
if necessary,
only carry out fine adjustment on the
tension jack.
➢
Take account of the maximum
working depth of 3 mm.
•
The riddle angle is set too low.
➢
Set the riddle angle according to our
specification and adjust slightly, if
necessary.

The drive becomes or is too loud.
•
The agitator unit drive chain is running
dry.
➢
Lubricate

The toothed wheels have too large a
backlash.
➢
Check the backlash and replace the
toothed wheels if necessary.
