7.4. Clamping elements
•
For a long service life clean and grease regularly the joint parts which are used for
clamping the pipes.
7.5. How to vent the hydraulic cylinders
•
Venting the hydraulic cylinder is
not
required, if
-
the hoses have been disconnected from the quick-action couplings at the control unit
because the remaining oil in the hose is being kept by valves and for this reason no air
can enter.
•
The hydraulic cylinder
must be vented
if
-
there has been too less oil in the tank and air has been attracted.
-
there were leaky spots at the hoses or in the connections.
-
the hoses were unscrewed from the basic machine.
•
Eliminate the cause of the air entrance.
•
Open the machine completely, joystick for
slide on: <
>.
•
First unscrew the both „venting screws (Z1)
and (Z2) for closing.
•
Connect the transparent venting hoses and
insert them into the tank of the aggregate
or into an external waste tank.
•
Drive the slides together; joystick for slides
on: <
> until no more air is visible in
the venting hoses.
•
Tighten the venting screws (Z1) and (Z2)
again.
•
Drive the slide together completely; joysticks for slides to: <
>.
•
Afterwards open the venting screw (A1) and (A2) for driving apart.
•
Connect one transparent venting hose there each and put them into the tank of the
aggregate or into an external waste tank.
•
Drive the machine apart; joystick for slides to: <
> until no more air is visible in the
venting hoses.
•
Afterwards tighten the screws (A1) and (A2) again.
Make sure that the tank always contains enough oil (chapter: 7.6.)
