ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips Screwdriver, Slotted Screwdriver, Hammer & Tape Measure.
INSERTING CAM CONNECTORS:

Place the Right Side Panel (A) on the clean protected inside of the box or on a carpeted surface
with the holes pointing upward. Screw Cam Connectors (J) in the holes for the Center and Bottom
Shelves (C& EE). Do not overtighten and thus imbed the cam connector in the wood. The shoulder
should be flush or just in contact with the surface of the wood.
Repeat step one on the Left Side Panel (B).
DO NOT IMBED THE SHOULDER INTO THE WOOD!
Shoulder must be
flush with the wood!

The side panels have a compression
stamp on the bottom edge:
“L” for left, “R” for right.

READ THE CAM LOCK SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS AT THIS TIME.
TO ASSEMBLE THE MAIN UNIT:

Assemble the unit as shown in FIGURE 2. Position the Center Shelf (C) over the Cam Connectors
(J) closest to the center of the Side Panel (A or B) and the Bottom Shelf (EE) over the cam
connectors near the bottom. Fasten in place with CHam Housing (K). Be sure to install the bottom
shelf with the holes in one long edge towards the front. Attach the other side panel in the same way.

Start the four 1¼" Black Screws (ZB) in the blind
holes closest to the corners of the Top (D) so that
they come through and can be lined up in the holes in
the top edge of the Side Panels. See FIGURE 2A.
With the holes in the long edge towards the front,
tighten the screws into the side panels.
