Machine faults and user errors
If a fault occurs on the machine, an alarm appears on the panel display. Some
alarm texts warn when something is wrong, whereas others just provide informa-
tion. Some alarms only occur if the machine has certain additional options, such
as e.g. an extra HACCP alarm.

Next to the panel button for alarm reset (8) is a LED (4) which illuminates red
when an alarm is activated. If the alarm can be reset with the reset button, the
LED flashes. If the activated alarm cannot be reset, the LED will be constantly lit.
Generally, if the actions proposed below do not solve the problem, or if the alarm
returns repeatedly in succession, you should contact the service company for
them to deal with the fault.
