center of the set bandwidth.
3. A lower bandwidth.
Should the conditions be reversed, a
longer time delay is indicated. It is difficult
to make a general statement about time de
lay except that itis not fixed. It can be said,
however, that for step deviations from the
band center equal to 75% of total set band
width, time delay may be varied from

60 seconds by adjustment of the damping
