Notes:
Time zone: In Germany, Austria and Switzerland use
the time zone “
EU
”. In the UK use the time zone “
UK
”.
DST Mode (Daylight Saving Time): Set DST mode to
“
Auto
” to receive the DCF time code that is transmitted
via radio frequencies (77.5 kHz). Then the watch will
synchronise to that time automatically. Each day at 3
am the watch receives the DCF time and synchronises
to it automatically. The watch automatically takes care
of daylight- saving time adjustments. If DCF signal
reception failed, it will retry to receive at 4 am and 5 am.
Radio Reception Verification
Press and hold the key
A
for 3 seconds to receive the
DCF time signal manually. The symbol blinks on the
display. The signal strength indicator
indicates the
reception quality of the DCF signal.
Press and hold the key
A
for 3 seconds to return to time
mode.
Setting Time / Date automatically
Press and hold the key
B
for 7 seconds to set time and
date automatically. The hands of the watch run fast to
the 12:00 o’clock position and stop. This can take a few
minutes.
Then the DCF time signal is received and time and date
are set automatically. You may want to verify the radio
reception of the DCF time signal.
