Place the unit at least of 20 cm away from other appliances
and keep a wall distance of at least 5 cm. Make sure no
flammable objects are nearby the unit.
Place the unit on a plane horizontal surface while operating.
Do not place the unit in sinks.
Do not use the unit outside or close to gas flames, hotplates or
other hot objects.
The deep fryer is designed for household use only. It is not
suitable for continuous commercial operation.
Never immerse the unit into liquids and do not clean the
housing in the dishwasher.
Do not let the unit without any supervision when in operation.
Do not overfill the oil container. The punched MAX mark in the
container acts as a measure. Always fill the container at least
up to the punched MIN mark to avoid a disconnection because
of overheating. Never operate the unit without oil.
Always make sure the detachable handle is securely attached
to the basket.
Hot oil can cause burns. Please be very careful when handling
with hot oil.
In case of grease fire due to overheating or debris and
remnants, never extinguish the flame with water! Carefully
close the lid and pull the power plug!
Clean the deep fryer and filter the oil after each use as
residues are highly combustible.
Do not mix oil and fat and do not mix old and new oil. The
mixture might bubble and burn!
Never use butter, olive oil, lard or drippings for deep frying.
Avoid placing wet foods into the hot oil. Hot oil can splatter and
cause burns. Dry the foods well and brush or shake off ice
crystals.
Make sure the hot oil cannot pass the edge as this will damage
the deep fryer.
