Safety Notes

Please mind the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damages or physical injuries:
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Keep it out of reach of children or persons in need of supervision. Never
leave the unit unsupervised when in use.
Do not direct the riveter towards yourself or anyone else.
Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use. The unit has not been designed for continuous, professional use.
For your own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection
between the air hydraulic riveter and the air hose, but use the supplied
quick coupling adaptor instead.
Always control the working air pressure with a pressure regulator.
The air hydraulic riveter causes a sound pressure level of 88.8
dB(A). Wear appropriate hearing protection.
Wear personal protective clothing such as safety goggles and
protective gloves.
Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as power source. Only
use clean, dry air at 6.3 bars with the air hydraulic riveter.
Exceeding the max. permitted pressure level of 7 bars will
significantly reduce the lifetime of the tool.
Disconnect the tool from the air supply when not in use or before applying
maintenance work (e. g. emptying the collecting cap). Do not operate the
air hydraulic riveter without the collecting cap.
Check all connections and hoses for firm seat and proper functionality.
Loose hoses can create a serious risk of injury. Only use safety couplings.
Check the unit for any damages and do not use the air hydraulic riveter if it
has been damaged.
Do not cover the air intakes and do not block them.
Avoid abnormal posture. Make sure you have a firm foothold and you
always hold the balance.
Be attentive! Pay attention to what you are doing. Approach your work with
circumspection.
