Hints for appropriate Stirring of the Used Material
Thoroughly stirring of the different compositions that are nowadays in use,
prevents structural damage and expensive follow-up costs. Therefore you
should observe some urgent basic rules.
Tough and weighty materials overcharge drilling machines. Please utilise
specially-designed stirring machines for this purpose, e.g. this, with optimally
tuned revolution speed and power transmission.
Please consider the flow direction when selecting the stirrer:
Temper materials in powder form from the bottom up, and fluid material top-
down or in parallel flow direction. Immersing the tool, a reduced revolution
speed prevents splashing.
For your own safety, please wear goggles and, if necessary, a dust mask.
Never temper solvents with a flashpoint below 21° C. Please note processing
and safety instructions of material e.g. machine manufacturers.
Maintaining and Cleaning
Clean the machine only with a lightly moistened cloth. Do not clean the
machine with abrasives or aggressive chemicals.
After use, clean the agitator paddle immediately, before the stirred material
has hardened.
The stirring machine is maintenance-free and does not require any
lubrication.
