Operation
Before first Use
Unpack the stirring machine and check all parts for any damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Inserting the Tool
Always disconnect the mains plug form the socket
before inserting the tool. The stirring machine is
equipped with a M 14 collet.
1. Screw the agitator paddle into the tool carrier.
Fix it by using 2 combination wrenches (19 mm,
22 mm).
2. Set the 19 mm combination wrench at the tool
carrier and hold it.
3. Tighten the agitator by using the 22 mm
combination wrench.
Operating
1. To switch ON the stirring machine, press the ON/OFF trigger (H). Releasing
the trigger, the machine will stop.
2. If you want to use the stirring machine continuously, first press the ON/OFF
trigger and then the locking button (F). To switch OFF the machine, depress
the ON/OFF trigger fully and the locking button will be released.
Speed Controller
The stirring machine is equipped with an electronic speed controller. The turning
wheel (G) is situated behind the ON/OFF switch.
Using the speed controller, you can adjust the revolution speed between 300 –
800 min
-1
.
In order to stir the mass evenly with constant speed, it might be necessary to
readjust the revolution speed control during stirring. Lots of materials become
highly viscous during stirring process, so the rotation speed of the motor will
decrease.
