Set Port Parameters

/P
)
Displays a menu which allows the user to select options and
parameters for an individual port.
Note:
When the unit is initialized (using the /I command or
the SET and CLEAR buttons), parameters selected
via the /P command will revert to the defaults
specified by the Setup Switch configuration.
Please refer to Section 5 for a detailed description of the
procedure for defining Port Parameters.

is the number or name of the port to be configured.
MDS Response:
The Port Parameters Menu will be displayed.
Read Port Parameters

Sends configuration parameters to an ASCII text file as described
in Section 7. When the

command is invoked, the system will
send a series of command lines describing current port
configuration.
