11.0 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and servicing the machine is a responsibility of the user.
To guarantee machine efficiency and to ensure it always works properly it is essential to keep it
clean and carry out periodical routine maintenance. The user must carry out the routine
maintenance jobs in agreement with the manufacturer's instructions given below:

Prior to any cleaning or maintenance work turn the machine off by means of the main switch and
take the plug out of the power socket.

MECHANICAL PARTS: The adapter flange, the hub and the tightening devices are to be kept clean
and lightly lubricated with a non-corrosive oil even when not in use. The quality of the balancing
machine depends greatly on their condition.

12.0 TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

Take all the necessary precautions if ever the machine needs to be transported or handled!
To strap and lift machine you need 2 lifting straps with a length of 3 meters each, strapping in the
points illustrated in fig. 30
