USE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before starting up the mixer, we recommend that
you carefully read all of the instructions as indicated.
Please respect all regulations regarding the preven-
tion of accidents, health and safety directives, laws
and applicable restrictions for work places.
The mi-
xer must only be used by persons who have been
instructed in its use and only for the purposes for
which it has been designed.
POWER SUPPLY.
Make sure the power supply is adapted to the re-
quirements shown on the information panel of the
mixer (1).
Using the motor at low voltage will make
it operate slowly.
This will reduce performance and
may cause the motor to overheat.
EXTENSION CORD.
If the working area is at some distance from the
power supply, use an extension cord of enough dia-
meter and quality.
FIXING THE STIRRER.
Screw the stirrer in the M14 connection of the mixer
and tight it properly with the given accessories (2).
BLOCK BUTTON.
If you want to block for a continuous use at a concre-
te speed, press the block button at the same time
that you press the switch (3).
To stop this function
press again the switch and release it (4).
UNSCREWING THE STIRRER.
Fit a flat open-end wrench on the hexagon end of
the mixer connection and unscrew the stirrer from
the spindle by turning it to the left (5).
PRE-SELECTING THE SPEED.
The mixer is equipped with a gear selector, ma-
king it possible to use two different ranges of spin
speeds depending on the type of material being
mixed (6).
Using the gear control the speed can
be selected continuously.
The required speed will
depend on the type of material being mixed, with
the recommendation that a test is carried out with a
small quantity beforehand.
Two speed ranges may
be selected.
Range I: 180-400 RPM (7).
Range II:
300-700 RPM (8).
SPEED REGULATOR.
The mixer is equipped with a speed regulator (9).
The ideal speed adjustment for each application
mainly depends on the user’s preferences.
ELECTRONICS PARAMETERS.
The electronic parameters keep the speed between
load and no-load nearly constant and ensures uni-
form mixing of the materials.
