5.3.6 Removing and fitting the hygienic plug-in gasket
For your safety when using the appliance
Before starting work, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the rules and hazard warnings
specified in 'Working safely with the appliance' on page 73, and follow the instructions given there.

You need to know these operations:

Opening and closing the appliance door safely

The combi oven has cooled down to < 60 °C after its last use.

The appliance door is open.
Removing the hygienic plug-in gasket
1.
Pull off the hygienic plug-in gasket from around the
mouth of the appliance door. starting from the corners.
Fitting the hygienic plug-in gasket
1.
Refit the hygienic plug-in gasket first in the four corners,
starting from one of the top corners.
2.
Once all the corner sections are fitted, press the hygienic
plug-in gasket carefully into the straight sections of the
guide.
Make sure that the hygienic plug-in gasket is seated
tightly against the door and does not contain any kinks or
curves.
