Safety when remedying malfunctions

Information on malfunctions and their elimination are contained in the operating 
manual WAS.indexer Control .

Customer Service

Please provide the following details if you require the assistance of our Customer
Service:

Serial number of the machine

Description of the malfunction that has occurred

Time and attendant circumstances of the malfunction that has occurred

Assumed cause

You can contact our Customer Service from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 
at the

An answering machine will provide you with information outside of the abovementioned 
hours.

Injury of non-authorised personnel.

Malfunctions should only be remedied by instructed personnel provided by the operator 
who have been trained in and are authorised to perform these tasks. The machine should 
be deactivated with the main switches and secured against unintentional reactivation 
prior to remedy. The radius of action of moving machine parts should be secured.
