Prüfen der Umlenk- und Laufrollen und deren Lagerstellen:
Alle Umlenk- und Laufrollen sind auf Abnutzung zu überprüfen.
Bei folgenden Mängeln sind die Teile auszutauschen:
• Flachstellen oder andere Abnutzungen an den Laufrollen des
Laufwagens.
• Zu großes Spiel der Rollen auf den Bolzen.
• Schwergängigkeit trotz erfolgter Schmierung.
• Prüfen der Umlenkrolle und der Laufrollen am Laufwagen (Pict 9).
• Prüfen der Umlenkrollen in den Endkappen (Einzelanlagen/
Mehrfeldanlagen) (Pict 10 und 11).
• Prüfen der Seilblöcke im Ausfallprofil (Pict 12).
• Prüfen der Umlenkrollen der Vorspanngabeln im Ausfallprofil
(Pict 13).
Prüfen der Lagerstellen:
Zu üperprüfen ist das Spiel der Bolzen in den Lagerstellen, sowie
die Leichtgängigkeit der Lager.
• Prüfen der Distanzrohrhalter (Pict 14).
• Prüfen des Tuchwellenlagers und die Kopplungsstelle in den
Mittelplatten (Pict 15 und 16).
Checking the pulley blocks, guiding rollers and their bearing
points:
All pulley blocks and guiding rollers must be checked for wear and
tear. Parts must be replaced in case of the following defects:
• Flat areas or other wear and tear on the guiding rollers of the
hoisting carriage.
• The play between the rollers and bolts is too much.
• Difficulty in movement in spite of lubrication.
• Check the pulley block and the guiding rollers on the hoisting
carriage (Pict 9).
• Check the pulley blocks in the end caps (single/multi-component
units) (Pict 10 and 11).
• Check the rope blocks in the drop section (Pict 12).
• Check the pulley blocks of the pre-tensioned forks in the drop
section (Pict 13).
Checking the bearing points:
Play of bolts in the bearing points and easy movement of the
bearing must be checked.
• Check the spacer pipe holder (Pict 14).
• Check the fabric roller shaft bearing and the coupling point in
the centre plates (Pict 15 and 16).
