7. Troubleshooting
In the event of any faults that cannot be remedied immediately, contact the manufacturer
Weinmann or your dealer immediately to have the valve repaired.
Do not continue to use it because a fault may increase the risk of fire.
Fault Cause Remedy
Display does not light up or only
sometimes although the therapy
device is working properly. The
prescribed fl ow of max. 4 l/min
is not reached
No power
Check that connecting cable

securely attached.
Mask leaks
Adjust the head cover so that the
mask is sealed.
Replace mask if defective.
The prescribed fl ow is not
reached
Hoses are bent Check hose connections.
Excessive resistance in the
hose system, output pressure
of the concentrator is too low. Shorten oxygen supply hoses.
If necessary, use other
concentrator (e.g., OXYMAT)
