8.2 Filter change
Please only use original filters made by Weinmann. If
third-party filters are used, this will invalidate the
warranty and may cause restrictions in terms of
function and biocompatibility.
Coarse dust filter
1. To prevent water from running into
SOMNO
smart
2 when changing the filter, detach
please observe the operating instructions sup-
plied.
2. Slightly raise SOMNO
smart
2 at the rear or slide
just over the edge of the table so you can reach
under the filter compartment cover
.
3. Use your finger to slightly press in the underside of
the cover and lift off.
4. Take out the coarse dust filter with your finger.
5. Replace the clean coarse dust filter.
6. First insert the filter compartment cover with the top
edge in the housing cutout.
7. Use your finger to slightly press in the locking de-
vice on the underside of the cover and fit the cover
until it snaps into place.
Fine dust filter
1. Remove the coarse dust filter as described above.
2. Remove the fine filter.
3. Check the soiling level of the filter.
The fine filter must be changed when it has turned dark
grey in colour, however not later than 250 operating
hours. In this case the filter change indicator
will
appear.
