5.2 Cleaning
Clean hose system
1. Detach the hose system

2. Pull out one end of the pressure measurement tube

and close it with the stopper

supplied. At the
other end, close the small opening in the adapter

with the second stopper to prevent water enter-
ing.
3. Clean the creased hose so no residues remain with
a small amount of detergent in warm water. Rinse
the inside of the hose thoroughly.
4. Then rinse thoroughly both inside and outside using
clean warm water.
Important!
5. Shake the hose system thoroughly.
6. Hang up the hose system and allow to drip to pre-
vent moisture from getting into SOMNO smart 2.
The hose system is dried completely with the help of
SOMNO
smart 2:
7. Remove the plugs from the pressure measurement
tube

8. If water accidentally gets into the pressure
measurement tube, insert the red drying adapter

supplied into the unit outlet
