9.6排气冒白烟、蓝烟
White, blue smoke exhaust
1.燃油质量差，含水份多
Poor quality of fuel, contains water
更换燃油
Renew fuel
2.冷却水温过低
Temperature of cooling water is too low
检查节温器工作温度，必要时更换
Check working temperature of thermostat, replace
if necessary
3.配气或供油定时不对
Incorrect timing of valve gear or fuel delivery
检查并调整
Check and adjust
4.喷油嘴物化不良
Poor atomizing
检查并修复
Check and repair
5 . 压 缩 压 力 低 ， 燃 烧 不 完 全 及 活 塞 涨
缸 Incomplete combustion, scuffing and the
compressed pressure is too low
检查活塞环、气缸套、缸垫、修复之
Check piston ring,cylinder liner,cylinder
gasket,and repair them
6.活塞环，缸套未磨合好
Wear-in between the piston rings and cylinder
liners is not good
继续磨合
Go on wearing-in
7.活塞环开口未错开
The gaps of the piston rings are not staggered
调整重新装配
Adjust, reassembly
8.活塞油环失效
Piston oil rings cease to be in effect
更换
Replace
9.活塞缸套配合间隙过大
The fit clearance between piston and cylinder
liner is too large
修理，更换
Repair or replace
10.增压器密封环磨损
The sealing ring of turbocharger worn
检查，更换
Check and replace
11.增压器止推轴承磨损
The thrust bearing of turbocharger worn
检查，更换
Check and replace
12.增压器回油管路阻塞
The oil return pipe of turbocharger choked.
清洗或修理
Clean or repair
