Lift the new
retaining ring (Pos. 16) with
the WEH
®
O-ring picker.
Î
Insert the first clamping jaw
segment (Pos. 3) with the
raised side facing the front
seal (Pos. 7).
Î
The retaining ring must be
seated in the recess provid-
ed for it in the clamping jaw
segments.
Î
Now mount the
remaining segments of the
clamping jaws.
Î
Connect the WEH
®
Connector to a test piece a number of times. Visually check the
connector for proper clamping and sealing function and that the clamping jaws
are gripping correctly.
Attention:
During the next pressure test, apply the test pressure to the connector
and media line only gradually.
