General guidelines 

  Make sure that the system is not pressurized. Disassembly may only be effected when system is 

unpressurized! 

  Sealing surfaces and sealing components may not be damaged. 

  Sealing surfaces and sealing components have to be mounted absolutely free of dirt and dust. 

Smallest dirt particle may cause leakage.  

  Please strictly observe the correct mounting direction and order of the sealing components. 

  Sealing components may not get in contact with adhesives or degreasing spray. 

  All sealings and sealing components have to be greased slightly, if not otherwise stated. 

  Make sure not to mount twisted o-rings.  

  Threads / surfaces to be bonded have first to be degreased. The curing time of the adhesive is 

24 hours. 

1.1  When reusing the single components please observe the following instructions: 

  All sealing surfaces have to be checked for damage.  

  All threads have to be checked for damage.  

  If necessary replace the correspondent component.  

 

Please note that WEH cannot assume any warranty resp. liability right of recourse  for repair / 
exchange carried out by yourself.  

1.2  Operation 

The product has to be checked for leakage prior to operation using the operating medium and the 
operating pressure. For this purpose we recommend a foaming leak detection agent.
