Brush away deposits at the outer side of the filter with the brush part no. 71119.
10.2 Cleaning procedure for fine impurities
Immerse the wire filter in a suitable cleaning agent. Afterwards blow out with compressed air to
clean it.
Requirements on cleaning agents:
1. The cleaning agent may not contain ammonia as the base body of the wire filter is made
out of brass.
2. Do not use aggressive substances being able to corrode the materials of the filter.
3. The cleaning agent may not leave residues on the wire filter impairing the medium flow
when putting the filter in operation again.
4. We recommend to use customary neutral cleaners and detergents.
10.3 Exchange
If there are heavy impurities, the filter cannot be cleaned any more. The filter then has to be
exchanged.
