Installation of the weight and height compensation system TZ100
Î
Place the breathing air bottle on the bottle holder of the
weight and height compensation system.
Î
Connect the cylinder valve to the TW154 and
align the breathing air bottle vertically on all sides
(
Figure 2
).
Î
Mark the drill holes with a pen and drill the holes.
Î
Insert dowels into the drilled holes.
Î
Screw in the screws with the washers hand-tight and
tighten them with the key (
Figure 3
).

Checking the connection for leak tightness
Î
Connect the connector to a closed cylinder valve.
Î
Slowly apply the operating pressure to the connector and media line.
Caution:
The cylinder valve must be closed/locked.
Î
Check the connector, the connection to the media line and the connection to the
cylinder valve for leak tightness.
