Connector is
only
connected correctly if the
green ring is extended completely from the housing and
visible. The red marking on the front part must
not
be
visible (

Figure 8
).
Note:

- The connector is now connected pressure-tight to the
cylinder valve.

Open the cylinder valve.
Î
To start the filling process, apply pressure to media inlet
“B1”.
Attention:
The safety peg (Pos. 5) at the connector must
be extended after pressure is applied. The actuation unit is
blocked, the connector cannot be disconnected when it is
pressurized.

Disconnection
Î
After the end of the filling process, fully vent the media line.
Caution:
First depressurize the system before releasing the connection.
Î
Press and hold down the locking device (Pos. 8) and then
fold the actuation unit (Pos. 1) upwards (
Figure 9
). The
connection to the cylinder valve is released and the
connector can be pulled straight back.
Please note:
When removing the bottle from a filling bar, the
bottle must be pressed down slightly and then pulled straight
backwards from the TW154.
Attention:
In the event that you cannot remove the
connector from the cylinder valve:
- Wait a few moments
- Never use excessive force
- Do not use any tools (e.g. hammer)
